Just yesterday I sent out a video in which I read directly from the Judicial Branch Website stating that Jury Services were cancelled. When I returned to the website today, that blurb was removed and I couldn’t find any other information about the suspension or reactivation of Jury Service. So, I asked a few colleagues and one directed me to an article that was published by the Hartford Courant today. The article states in pertinent part that “jury trials are expected to resume this fall.” Therefore, if you recently received a Jury Summons, I urge you to call or text the Jury Administration Information Line at 1-800-842-8175 and/or visit the Jury Administration Website here to see if your Summons is active.
