As many of you know, the Homestead Exemption was set at $75, 000 in 1993 and remained unchanged until 2021 when it was raised to $250,000. Unfortunately, the new law was challenged and remains on appeal. Briefs are due on November 21, 2022 and hopefully we will have a final decision soon. Check back for more updates in the future.
