If you are a Veteran and meet both of the criteria below, you are exempt from the Means Test (meaning you would qualify for filing Bankruptcy regardless of your level of income).
Criteria:
(1) Must have at least 30% disability from service or released/discharged due to Disability; and
(2) Your debt was primarily incurred during your period of active duty/homeland defense activity.
